Davos Investment Corporation and Kentec Sign MOU to Accelerate Global AI Data Center Development

Taipei, Taiwan — [2025.0914] — Davos Investment Corporation and Kentec (a subsidiary of the Kenmec Group) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly promote innovation in AI Data Center infrastructure across Taiwan and global markets.

The MOU was signed by Mr. Henri Chen, Chairman of Davos, and Dr. Asa Kuo, General Manager of Kentec. The partnership integrates financial resources, manufacturing expertise, and AI infrastructure capabilities to deliver high-efficiency, next-generation data center solutions.

Combining Engineering and Finance for AI Infrastructure

Kentec, the AI data center arm of Kenmec Group, combines thermal engineering, EMS manufacturing, and EPC integration to provide end-to-end data center services — from design and construction to cooling and operations.
The company has already deployed liquid cooling and immersion systems in telecom, semiconductor, and financial sectors, achieving significant PUE reductions and performance gains.

Strategic Synergy with Davos

Davos brings its financial and international network expertise to help Kentec connect with global data center operators, financial institutions, and corporate partners.
